Individual password protected logins
Every user has he or her own user name and password
Roles
Once logged in, users are restricted by the role in the system, for example, only the Financial Role can see and create invoices and credit notes, while a user with Instructor role will see those students assigned to the user
Database
Every customers gets a separate subdomain with it's own database. No other customers can access your data.
Images
Images are securely stored. Every upload and download of image is logged.
Data ownership
Your data is owned by you.
POPI Act
No data will be shared except under terms of the POPI Act.
An OPERATOR AGREEMENT, in terms of the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 and Applicable South African Data Protection Law, will be signed you and Fundi Invoicing's representatives.
